Gallery Instructions

These gallery pages are for your "fair use" and enjoyment, will be seen by any Alfa enthusiasts who visit the site, and may not be used for any commercial activity or purpose.  Please feel free to submit photos of your own Alfas, or others you have seen.  The Members Alfas page is for DSARC members only, to post a single photo of (each of) their Alfas, along with a brief paragraph of interesting or notable details about their particular car. In the Identification Guide we hope to show photos of as many different Alfa models (and variants) as possible. Anyone may submit a photo for this Guide, according to the usage giudelines below.  In the Recent Events gallery you will find photos, submitted by members, of recent club and regional activities. Here's a chance to become a cub reporter for your favorite hobby. Let's see how many exotic Alfas are out there in your photo files!

Photo Requirements: We can only post digital photos, or digital scans. Photos from the internet are allowed, so long as their original posting did not prohibit use on other web sites, with attribution. Scans of magazine or book photos, except manufacturer's publicity photos, will not be displayed unless they are accompanied by the owner's release for web posting usage. It is DSARC policy to list photo owners' attributions when they are known. 

We prefer you submit good quality photos in JPG format (xxxx.jpg) in a size no larger than 450x320 pixels. Other formats may be submitted, and will be converted to JPG to conserve memory. Along with the photo please include the brief text you would like to have displayed with your image, and the photographer's name.  For Identification Guide photos, please research your model identification carefully, and mention any characteristics that make a particular variant unique. The Alfa in your photo should cover about 2/3 to 3/4 of the image size and have a relatively uncluttered background for good viewing. Exceptional film photos may be submitted, along with stamped, self-addressed envelopes for return.

Commercial viewers:  If we have posted a commercial photo of yours without attribution, please contact us and we will add the attribution, or remove the photo.
